In a treat for vintage automobile lovers, Pulitzer Prize winning author Dan Niel has created a special edition book called ‘The Impossible collection of cars’, which details out 100 exceptional cars from the 20th century. This elaborate publication features some rare high quality images of the cars and their descriptions, along with famous quotes from people like Frank Sinatra, one which is “You buy a Ferrari when you want to be somebody. You buy a Lamborghini when you are somebody.” From the 1909 Blitzen Benz to the 1997 Porsche 993 Turbo S, this car dives into automotive history like no other.

The pictures and detailing of the content of the book is certainly which shall remain engraved in every automobile lover’s memory. High quality imaging with detailed account from the owners, including cine stars and famous musicians have been shown like never before, which shall render knowledge which was earlier with a select group of people only. The glimpse into the car making past will perhaps never have such an elaborate and exceptional publication until it’s indeed more informative, or simply a bit over elaborated. The book itself will have limited numbers printed out, and the paper quality used in it of a rare cotton paper variety. The outer container of the book is a black rubber presentation, with a metallic plate on it, and the whole package comes in a stylish Assouline canvas bag especially stitched for this purpose. The price tag for the book is $650 apiece.

Other books which have brought out details rarely known to us, are Pink Porsche Book and Gutenberg Style Golf bible, which was incidentally the most expensive golf book ever created. Bentley had also done something in a similar capacity with its Carte Blanch James Bond Book, but this current publication encompasses automobiles like no other.
