French carmaker Citroen is yet another car maker that has joined the bandwagon of futuristic vehicle car makers. In the past, they have designed the C-Metisse, which wowed everyone with ultra-sleek looks and the aerodynamic red body. Catering to a slightly different segment of MPV (multi-purpose vehicle), Citroen has now conceptualized the Tubik, which will be the perfect shuttling vehicle for the moneyed executive who has a taste for comfort and aerodynamic designs.

When one looks at the body, it won’t be a far-fetched thought about equating the vehicle to the space shuttle-cum-van of the future, since this is what Citroen has aimed at and done successfully and brilliantly. With the top open doors and a tapering chassis, the car exudes a whole lot for the age it’s looking to cater to. The other eye-catching part was the broad alloy wheeled tires, which would be essential for a smooth ride on rough surfaces and keep this rather large imposing carrier in control easily. On the insides, it seems like a mini-bar lounge arrangement, with purple seats and decorating trimmings. The seating designs are similar to a modern lounge-bar, and from what we could make out, it has ample space for approximately 6 passengers other than the driver to sit them down. If they wish to entertain themselves, there will be multiple LCD screens at their disposal.

Not much technical details are known about this vehicle, but from the research we did, it was revealed that the engine will be based on eco-friendly mechanisms, which means the pollution factor is well taken care of.
