Bang & Olufsen, after the success of its Beovision 10 collection, has launched a limited edition version albeit with a different color job. Inspired by Scandinavian interiors and the warmth of the color wood represents, the Chanterelle collection carries an earthy and sleek look which was seen in the earlier collection. The quality of product is of course complimentary!

David Lewis Design Studio came up with this theme to give the entire collection a different appeal than what you might otherwise find in the market. Hence, the unique brown tone which is what you would see in Scandinavian interiors, because of their affinity with wood and the splendor with which they use the natural fabric and complementary sleekness of design. The television set carries forward this theme perfectly, as it is thin enough to be hung on the wall like a painting, or even perfect usable as stand on the floor with the help of the stand behind, which is uniquely invisible. Being a part of a collection, these TVs are individually numbered and only 500 editions will ever be made for sale. On the tech front, there is the 200/240 Hz LED based panel, whose motion stabilizing technology ensures smooth video playing capabilities. An extensive connection panel at the back gives the advantage of adding up to 5 major speakers for sound amplification.

The accompanying speaker set also carries a similar color tone. The rear part is a slightly darker shade of brown on an anodized aluminum body, where the front has the exact same color as the rest Chanterelle collection, which is a slightly lighter shade of brown. These Beolab 6002 sets of speakers are available only with this limited edition set and cannot be ordered separately as of now.
