Some vintage alcohol cost us fortune, few because of the content and other because the drink is bottled in ultra luxurious bottles. We have earlier told you about some of the very expensive bottles such as D’Amalfi Limoncello Supreme liquor that costs around $44 million as the bottle is encrusted with 13 karat uncut diamond on it. To follow the trend, celebrated Chinese liquor brand Wuliangye has launched traditional Chinese liquor that is on sale at an opulent super market Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
The drink is selling at a whopping price of $46,500. It was distilled in 1990 in Yibin in Sichuan province. Apart from the traditional drink, the bottle costs so high because of the pure 190 gms gold on the cap of the bottle. Not only the drink lovers, but the staff at the supermarket is equally excited as they commented:
The spirit in our supermarket is authentic and limited, with a certification and is only sold by Ole supermarket in Guangzhou.
The gold on the cap alone costs $11,255 and the price per mililiter of drink is $70. But, for the true and rich connoisseurs, it is a worth collectible. Those who are looking for some good and expensive wines may also check out the list of most expensive Wines.
