Montblanc unveils collection Princesse Grace De Monaco

It won’t be wrong if we say that actress Grace Kelly was the face of 1950s and the gorgeous lady broke millions of hearts when she got married to Rainier III, Prince of Monaco, and became Princess consort of Monaco. Although she is no more yet her immortal beauty left a special mark and that’s why as a tribute to the actress, the renowned pen maker Montblanc has launched a collection called “Collection Princesse Grace de Monaco”.

The collection was launched in the presence of 350 VIP guests in Monaco on 8th of September and featured exceptional fine jewelry set, timepiece and writing instruments. The collection is a true tribute to the elegance of Grace and has been created in honor of Grace de Monaco pink rose, that was crafted in 1956 on the occasion of her marriage.

Inspired by the Grace de Monaco pink rose, the necklace has been set in pink and white diamonds by Montblanc. Each set has a necklace made of sapphires and diamonds with matching bracelet and long earrings.

These limited edition timepieces are just eight in numbers and have been made of 18 K red gold. Gold is not the only precious thing used in it but 76 dazzling baguette cut diamonds have also been used on the horns and bezel of the watch. The dial and flange have been adorned with 177 perfect cut diamonds. The watch has an alligator strap that is white in color and the buckle is embellished with 76 brilliant cut diamonds. The best feature of the watch is the case back that is engraved with monogram of Princesse Grace de Monaco.

Limited to just three in numbers, this pen is not a tribute to Grace but has been launched to honor her three children. The crown of the pen is engraved with The Princesse Grace de Monaco monogram in diamonds and rubies and the cone is enriched with mother-of-pearl cabochon.
