For all horological enthusiasts, Jaeger LeCoultre holds an unique place for the design and concept of their timepieces, such as this limited edition Reverso series, featuring dual dials for each. We saw some previous masterpieces in theDiane Kruger ultra-thin edition, and the Aston Martin series, and this series too carries with a similar tone of master craftsmanship.

As the name suggests, the watch had dual options for its dial which could be flipped over when desired by the wearer. Introduced in the 1930’s first, it was later recreated with a metallic body to protect itself from any external damage during polo matches. With a help of a single flip, the dial can be changed, both of which are opposite in colors and similar in overall formation. Made as a slim piece, the total thickness of the watch was 9.5 mm with the 2 dials together, and was 26 mm wide across the vertical rectangular chassis. Customization options included metallic or brown alligator leather strap, and the chassis could be created in steel or gold as per your individual needs, but would always have the customary sapphire crystals adorning the chassis.

Introduced for the Italian market specifically on the watchmaker’s 80th Anniversary, this model turned out to be one of the thinnest to have ever been made for the horological market. Minimalistic and classical in its appeal, only 200 of these watches were ever made with 50 in rose gold and the rest 150 in steel. The dial featured an ‘R’ in red tinge symbolizing the reverse series, placed at the slot where the 8 ‘o’ clock would generally be. The rest of the dial featured black numeric and markings on a contrastic white background, with a black leather strap attached to the chassis.

Known as one of the classical masterpieces from Jaeger LeCoultre, this watch had only 75 pieces to have ever been made for sale. The front dial was made prominent with the unique Clous De Paris decorations, which had metal components shaped like mini-pyramids. The dial was based on the skeleton theme which meant, that the inner working mechanism especially the dual cylinder tourbillon was always exposed to be seen. Time was displayed on the semi-exposed dial which handcrafted blue hands, indicating the hours and minutes, with the seconds’ indicator on the edge of the tourbillon. The watch functions on a mechanical movement with manual winding similar to that of the LeCoultre 174 model. The chassis was primarily created from white gold, with a black leather strap. Additional feature included the security lock meant for protecting the case.
