The property: Lately, a London penthouse in the One Hyde Park property development was sold to a mystery buyer for a whopping £136 million ($222 million), which made it the most expensive apartment in the world. This time, the most expensive country house in the UK has gone up for sale for a cool £75million (about $123 million). The estate, called Updown Court, was listed six years back for $143.5 million, and has been now re-listed with reduced price tag.

The Setting: Located in the Surrey village of Windlesham in the United Kingdom, the Updown Court luxury estate has an area larger than both the royal residences of Hampton Court Palace and Buckingham Palace. The estate is set on 58 acres of landscaped grounds, gardens and woodland. Updown Court is situated only 28 miles from Central London and a 20-minute ride by car takes you to the Heathrow Airport. 
Interiors & Exteriors: The Updown Court features state-of-the-art 21st century technology to make for the perfect living environ. The palatial property has a $6 million marble heated driveway and 103 rooms. The mansion sits on 50,000 square feet, and the lavish amenities include two-lane bowling alley, five swimming pools, squash court, tennis court, wine cellar, 50-seat home theater and a panic room.
