In a ‘tell-all’ version of the artificial universe, the makers of Star Wars are bringing out a limited edition book which elaborates in comprehensive detailing, the construction and ideation process of one of the greatest media franchisees. With close to 70,000 words and hundreds of pictorials, very interesting and rarely known details will be out for the Star Wards to look upon like never before.

Authorised by JW Rinzler, the book has over 250 blueprints, and 500 photographs which were earlier never disclosed to the public relating to the initial stages of the conception and construction of this sci-fi universe. It will also bring to light at later stages, how an entire animation industry came into being after being a part of this epic idea through detailed commentary from artists and engineers who were involved from the very beginning. It also brings forth the ideation of memorable sequences like the Rebel blockade runner hallways, the bridge of Gen. Grievous flagship, and also Jabba the Hut’s palace.
A total of 5000 editions of the book will be printed in the hand-numbered and also the hand-autographed version. The hand-numbered will cost $500 each, while the autographed version will be $1,000 apiece, with a certificate of authenticity. The total package will be in a custom cloth covering, created specifically for this book. Looking at the popularity, the 5000 editions would perhaps be sold within minutes, especially if you consider the craze around the Star Wars memorabilia auction and the high demand for the custom made Star Wars Stormtroopers bicycle. Should be a complete treat for the sci-fi fan!
